I first met him through the cancer rehabilitation exercise groups He was a great support but I wanted more so joined his body conditioning group on a Wednesday evening I’ve been going for about 3 months now and love every minute of it Johnny is so supportive and his motivation gets me going every week , body conditioning is great for anyone as no hard impact to joints I would recommend to anyone wanting to try it .. do it!"
